OC Pathways Ambassadors

Lead. Represent. Inspire.

About the OC Pathways Student Ambassador Program

The OC Pathways Student Ambassador Program empowers the next generation of Orange County innovators and change-makers in grades 7–12 to take their leadership to the next level. Students apply in Spring and are selected to represent all districts and CTE industry sectors across the region. As an ambassador, you will represent your district at the county level, collaborate with peers to elevate student voice in Career Technical Education (CTE), and connect with industry mentors to build a powerful professional network.

This year focuses on direct action through a year-long, student-led Impact Project. You will identify a real need in your school or community, design a solution from the ground up, and pitch your initiative as the architect of your own success. This is your opportunity to develop essential leadership skills, shape the future of CTE, and actively build your future.

Lead your own Impact Project

This year, it’s all about action. Through a year-long Impact Project, you’ll identify a real need in your school or community and design a solution from the ground up. Whether you’re launching an idea, creating a resource, or pitching a new initiative, you’ll take ownership as the architect of your impact.

This isn’t just something to add to your resume—it’s a chance to build your voice, your network, and your future.
